The Pour
  • 1½ oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse) - 2oz better
  • ½ oz Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz Punt e Mes
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • 1 dropper Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters

Method: stirred

Glass: rocks glass

Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into an iced rocks glass. Flame orange peel over the glass, and add the peel as garnish.
