The Pour
  • 1 oz Rye
  • 1 oz El Dorado 12-year Rum
  • 1 oz Bapa Grenadine
  • 1/2 tsp Smith and Cross Rum
  • 1/2 tsp Benedictine
  • 1 dash Angostura
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 2/3 cup (5 oz.) Boiling water

Garnish: Orange twist

Method: hot

Bapa Hot Toddy cocktail

Add all but hot water to heat-proof glass or cup. Pour in boiling water and let steep a bit. Warm in microwave.
