Cook sugar and juice to boiling. Remove from heat and add peel. Let strep till cool. Add bitters and vodka and mix well.

- 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 cup Turbinado sugar
- 1 tsp Orange Bitters
- 2 oz vodka
Garnish: Peel of 1/2 orange
