The Pour
  • 2 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz tarragon syrup*
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • tonic

Garnish: lemon twist and sprig of tarragon

Method: hot

Glass: rocks glass

Stir first four ingredients with ice in a rocks glass. Add tonic to fill, and garnish.
