The Pour
  • 10 mint leaves torn
  • 1/2 " of fresh ginger chopped
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 5 oz Belvoir Elderflower lemonade

Method: stirred

Glass: rocks glass

Mint Julep Mocktail cocktail

In a rocks glass, muddle together first three ingredients. Add ice and Elderflower lemonade. Stir till cold. Garnish with a sprig if mint.
