The Bombay
The Pour
- 1 1/2 ounces brandy
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/4 ounce curacao or Grand Marnier
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 1/2 oz orange bitters
Garnish: Thin slice of lemon zest, for garnish
