The Pour
  • 1½ oz rye whiskey (Rittenhouse 100)
  • ¾ oz apple brandy
  • ½ oz yellow Chartreuse
  • 1–2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters (optional)

Method: stirred

Glass: rocks glass

The Diamondback cocktail

Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled; strain into a chilled cocktail stem, or into a rocks glass over ice. Optionally, garnish with a cherry.
