- 12.12.22 — tried this with yellow chartreuse. Weird. Needs Strega or rethinking. But
- 11.20.22 — What a difference Repesado makes. Very strong flavor. Yellow Jacket is the perfect name for it.
- 11.5.22 — Now that I’m less sick, this needs work, although I should try with Respado tequila. Only have the regular stuff at the moment.
- 10.14.22 — I did a taste test comparing dry gin and tequila (substituting Strega for Yellow Chartreuse). Couldn’t tell the difference. It may be because I have the worst cold in the universe. Or not. Anyway, I ended up combining the two halves into a whole drink. Very nice. Have now added a dash of Tom Cat Gin, which my tongue approves of. Needless to say, I need to try this again under more optimal conditions, which is what the 🔍 signifies.
